GHESKIO Center in Port au Prince Haiti has treated the city’s poorest population focusing on Aids/HIV since the 1980’s. After the earthquake of January 2010, their role expanded to providing total health care for inhabitants of the adjoining tent cities. We were engaged to design a Nutrition and Family Health Center enabling the Center to provide nutrition, OB-GYN, pediatrics, adolescent and family planning departments under one roof.
